STEP INTO THE DARK Campaign was designed to answer a real production problem: how to scale content across markets without losing control of the idea or the production itself. Built as a system from day one, the campaign centered on a single legendary creature, executed at scale through three synchronized units led by directors working from the same plan. By handling complexity upstream, from interactions to local variations, the work could adapt market by market while staying globally consistent, reducing chaos on set and preserving the character of the idea.
